They undertake all coordination with the customer and provide him with an all-round carefree package, starting with advice on the stand design, carrying out the technical orders for the customer at the trade fair location, supporting the customer in setting up the trade fair stand up to the turnkey handover of the stand.
Our project managers also always have an open ear for special requests from the exhibitors!
Detailed analysis and consultations talks with the customer form the basis for the trade fair stand concepts developed by our team. Not until we are familiar with the customer company’s brands, target groups and its current market situation, do we define the tasks and goals for the upcoming exhibition construction project together with the customer.
Then planning begins in the design team!
Functional and distinctive stand designs give our customers a striking appearance.
The results of the analysis discussions with the customer are transmitted to a design team made up of architects and designers. The jointly developed concepts are presented in detailed CAD plans, 3D animations with photo-realistic representation and made tangible for the customer.
LÜCO manufactures almost all structural components as well as the decorations of the exhibition stand in its own workshops:
Carpentry workshop, graphics workshop, paint shop, locksmith, electrical workshop – everything is made by hand or on modern, computer-controlled machines, depending on requirements.
The in-house resources ensure that every exhibition stand is created on time and in LÜCO’s own quality. The professional implementation on site is carried out by our experienced stand construction specialists – if possible even a permanently assigned team that accompanies the customer over several years.
They can implement the stand construction projects reliably and on time!
On the LÜCO premises there is approx. 9000 m² of storage space with a large stock of system components, counters and other furniture – this ensures that trade fair stands can be delivered even when demand is high.
With LÜCO, the customer has a powerful trade fair partner at his side.
And the LÜCO service does not end after the trade fair either, because after the trade fair is before the next trade fair – stand components or decorations specially made for our customers can be used again at the next trade fair.
LÜCO offers a cost-effective storage service for this – this re-use is environmentally friendly and cost-saving!
An important part of the all-round carefree package at LÜCO is the taking over of the logistical planning.
We have our own LÜCO branded vehicle fleet with several truck bridges, 7.5 ton trucks, transporters and cars, but of course we also organize the transports with a freight forwarder – for our customers.
LÜCO calls forklifts, pallet trucks and a large portfolio of other logistics elements its own – professionalism down to the last detail.
